  • Keyboard Accessible (WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard): navigate buttons with Tab key, activate with Enter or Space – no mouse required.
  • Clear, Descriptive Labels (WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose): each button and link clearly states what document it leads to for example, “2025 Budget” rather than vague “click here” or “download” text.
